Vic: Nationals to oppose de facto and same sex legislation

The Victorian National Party has confirmed it will oppose the state government's legislation
to expand legal rights for de facto and same sex couples.

State National Party leader PETER RYAN says the party is concerned the Relationships
Bill will erode the principles of marriage.

If passed, the bill would involve altering 44 acts of parliament.
